Cloaking Device

Cloaking Device is a Power in Galactic Glitch that grants temporary invisibility whenever new enemies spawn.

Effect

When a new wave of enemies appears, you automatically become undetectable for a short duration. Enemies won't target you, giving you time to position or deal free damage.

Upgrade Levels

Level	Effect
Level 1	Become undetectable when new enemies appear.
Level 2	Become undetectable for longer when new enemies appear.
Level 3	Become undetectable for a very long time when new enemies appear.

Strategy

Cloaking Device gives you the initiative in every fight:

• First strike advantage - Enemies can't shoot what they can't see
• Position for backstabs - Move behind enemies while cloaked
• Pick priority targets - Use stealth time to identify and eliminate threats
• Boss wave phases - When bosses spawn minions, use the cloak window

Synergies

Cloaking Device enables powerful opening attacks:

• Camouflage - Double stealth sources for maximum invisibility
• Backstabber - Cloak → position → backstab for massive damage
• First Impression - Both trigger on new waves; shockwave while invisible
• Guns Akimbo - Damage boost + invisibility on wave spawn

Prototype Synergies

• Shadow - Natural stealth ship gains even more stealth options
• Ravager - Use cloak time to set up backstabs

Notes

• Triggers automatically at the start of every enemy wave
• Duration increases significantly with each level
• Attacking does NOT break the cloak (unlike Camouflage)
• One of the best powers for aggressive openers
