Purge is a Corrupted Power in Galactic Glitch.

Description

Lose a random Power. Destroyed instantly.

Effect

This corrupted power immediately removes one of your existing powers at random. The corruption then destroys itself instantly, but the lost power is gone for the remainder of the run.

Corrupted Powers

Corrupted Powers are negative effects that can be acquired from Corrupted Shops or other corrupted sources. They provide a small credit reward but come with a significant drawback.

Strategy

• The most dangerous corrupted power
• Can remove key build-defining powers
• Only consider if you have many disposable powers
• Higher risk with fewer powers equipped
• The credits rarely compensate for a lost Legendary power
• Avoid if your build depends on specific synergies
• Sometimes acceptable early in a run with only Basic powers
