Rage Mode is a Power in Galactic Glitch that temporarily increases damage output after taking damage.
Effect[edit]
When you take damage, you enter a rage state that boosts your weapon damage for a short duration. Getting hit makes you hit harder.
Upgrade Levels[edit]
| Level | Effect |
|---|---|
| Level 1 | Gain a temporary damage boost after taking damage. |
| Level 2 | Gain a larger damage boost after taking damage. |
| Level 3 | Gain a massive damage boost after taking damage. |
Strategy[edit]
Rage Mode turns mistakes into opportunities:
- Aggressive recovery - Got hit? Use the damage boost to fight back harder
- Intentional damage - Sometimes taking a small hit for a big damage boost is worth it
- Boss fights - Inevitable damage becomes a damage buff
- Clutch moments - When low health and getting hit, your damage spikes
Synergies[edit]
Rage Mode pairs with builds that can survive hits:
- Hardened Hull - Take collision damage to trigger rage with minimal health loss
- Radiant Fury - Low health = more damage; Rage Mode adds even more
- Last Hope - Safety net allows riskier rage-building plays
- Revenge - Kill the enemy that hit you for shards while raged
Prototype Synergies[edit]
- Brute - Counter-damage prototype benefits from taking hits
- Juggernaut - Explosion resistance means you can take hits safely
- Spike - Ram into enemies, take collision damage, rage activates
Notes[edit]
- Rage duration is fixed; taking more damage refreshes the timer
- Damage boost is multiplicative with other damage sources
- Works well with tanky builds that can afford to take hits
- At Level 3, the damage boost is extremely significant
Tips[edit]
- Don't intentionally tank big hits - Rage isn't worth dying
- Use with Resistance UPs - More health = more hits you can take
- Rage + other damage powers - Multiplicative boosts stack fast
