Effect

Periodically zaps a nearby enemy with an electric bolt, dealing damage and potentially stunning them.

Strategy

• Constant passive damage to nearby enemies
• Good for close-range builds
• Synergizes with Frostbite (slowed enemies stay in range)
• Pairs with Shockingly Close for more proximity damage
