How to get[edit]
- You get it automatically: your 3rd Resistance Upgrade Protocol of the run gives the Basic level and your 6th Resistance Upgrade Protocol of the run gives the Upgraded level. See Upgrade Protocols.
- Bonus powers do not appear in shops or power selections, and they cannot be upgraded with Glitch Tokens or sacrificed.
