The Hub

The Hub is the starting area in Galactic Glitch where players spawn after death. It contains multiple rooms for meta-progression, equipment selection, and upgrades.

Overview

The Hub serves as your home base between runs. Here you can:

• Spend Orbs on permanent Meta-Upgrades
• Spend Boss Orbs on NG+ progression
• Select your starting weapon and prototype
• Access Run Challenges

Hub Rooms

The Hub consists of several interconnected rooms:

Main Hub

The central room where you:

• Purchase Meta-Upgrades with Credits
• Deposit Boss Orbs to progress NG+
• Access other rooms

Armory

The Armory lets you:

• View all unlocked weapons
• Select your starting weapon
• See weapon completion status

Locked weapons show: "Unknown - Unlock at the weapons workshop."

Prototype Room

The Prototype Room lets you:

• View all unlocked prototypes
• Select your starting prototype
• See prototype abilities and power slots

Run Challenge Room

The Run Challenge Room contains:

• Portals to start Run Challenges
• Rewards preview

Logs Room

An overview of all unlocked powers and the ability to disable/enable them for future runs.

Unlock Notifications

When you return to the Hub after a run, you'll see notifications for:

• Newly unlocked Powers
• Newly unlocked Golden UPs
• Newly unlocked Run Challenges
