Bosses
Bosses are powerful enemies in Galactic Glitch that guard key progression points. Defeating bosses grants Boss Orbs which are required to advance through Boss Orb levels and unlock new content.
Overview[edit]
Bosses in Galactic Glitch are divided into two categories:
- Final Bosses - Major encounters with dedicated arenas and multiple phases
- Level Bosses - Powerful enemies that appear at the end of certain levels
Each Boss Orb level has a final boss that must be defeated to progress to the next level.
Boss Orb Progression[edit]
Each Boss Orb level has a final boss:
| BO Level | Final Boss | Description |
|---|---|---|
| BO-0 | Behemoth | Ancient war machine. First boss encounter that teaches basic mechanics. |
| BO-1 | Heart of the Singularity | Enigmatic energy guardian. Mysterious spherical entity with powerful projectile attacks. |
| BO-2 | Cerberus | Three-headed construct. Each head has unique attacks. Complex multi-phase fight. |
| BO-3 | Siren | The AI antagonist. Major story boss with multiple phases and unique mechanics. |
| BO-4 | Glitched Cerberus | Corrupted three-headed construct. Glitched variant with enhanced, unpredictable attacks. |
| BO-5 | Serenity | The final confrontation. Ultimate boss encounter. True ending. |

Level Bosses[edit]
Level bosses are the named mini-bosses of each area: they guard the exit challenge, or (stations) their own room. Their names, HP, images and drops are on Enemies: Level bosses.
Infinity's Edge[edit]
Infinity's Edge is the endgame mode (v2.0). It unlocks after you beat Serenity (BO-5). Every depth is a random level that ends in a boss fight. Max depth starts at 4 and rises by 1 each time you beat the boss at your max depth (up to 15). All powers are Quantum Powers; the currency is Quantum Orbs.
